FlashWrite 3

On macOS, applications that need to control or interact with other apps, windows, input devices, or system events must request Accessibility access. This is part of Apple's "Transparency, Consent & Control" (TCC) framework.

As FlashWrite automates actions beyond standard file operations—such as writing data, triggering UI events, or simulating input—it requires these permissions to function safely and reliably.

Yes, you can customize the app's full behavior and options in the Preferences window.

This app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (document with pen icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

GeoWatch 3

Yes, but we recommend stopping the Earth rotation via the contextual menu first. This makes it easier to click on an earthquake location and view more information.

You can see the list of recent earthquakes from the Window menu of the app.

NOTE: You can enable desktop notifications from the Settings window.

Yes, to do so you must first disable automatic Earth rotation and automatic location centering. Once these settings are off, you can rotate the globe freely.

NOTE: You can restore the default view at any time from the contextual menu (this option only appears when the view has been customized).

MaxiDock 5

This app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (rocket icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

Yes, in Preferences, you can disable dock movement and the option to add apps. This is ideal for IT administrators who want to provide a consistent environment for users.

Click and hold an icon for at least two seconds, then drag it to a new position. You will see visual feedback during the move. This feature is only available if the "Add Apps" option is enabled in Preferences. You must also unlock dock movement via the contextual menu before rearranging icons.

You can drag and drop documents onto a compatible app in the dock, but you cannot add documents or folders directly to the dock itself.

The dock is not intended for file storage; the Finder is much better suited for that purpose.

You can only manage two docks.

You can only add up to 10 items per dock.

You can unlock all limitations by purchasing a license from our website.

MindMine 4

1. Connect your iPad to your Mac.
2. In the Finder, select your iPad in the sidebar.
3. Click on the Files section.
4. Locate the MindMine folder; you can drag and drop any MindMine file into it.

There are two ways to edit text: double-click a node to enter edit mode (press Return to save), or use the Inspector window.

You can only create up to 20 nodes per document.

You can unlock all limitations by purchasing a license from our website.

To move around the view, hold the COMMAND key while dragging.

RemoteSupervisor 5

1. Install the RemoteSupervisorAgent background app on all computers you wish to monitor (free).

2. Configure each computer with the required permissions using the integrated tutorial.

3. Access these computers remotely using the RemoteSupervisor app (available for Mac and iPad).

The agent app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (eye icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

RemoteSupervisor is using Apple CryptoKit with ChaCha20-Poly1305, this is an AEAD cipher (Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data).

It combines:

ChaCha20 → a fast, secure stream cipher (used instead of AES)
Poly1305 → a cryptographic message authentication code (MAC)

Together, they encrypt your data and ensure integrity (detect tampering) in a single step.

256-bit key strength → extremely secure, even against state-level attackers. Resistant to known cryptographic attacks.

The agent app uses port 5905 by default, but this can be fully customized.

No, VNC is an outdated protocol with too many issues. We built a custom and very modern NRSP protocol optimized for low-latency, high-performance data transmission with message framing.

NRSP = Native Remote Supervisor Protocol

SecretBox 6

This app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (key icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

In the Preferences window, you can import data from .CSV files into any category or export your data to the .CSV format.

Yes, version 4.1 includes a Safari extension. Simply enable it in Safari's Preferences. When SecretBox detects a website in its database, you can autofill forms with a single click from the toolbar.

The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is a symmetric block cipher chosen by the U.S. government to protect classified information.

AES is implemented in software and hardware worldwide to encrypt sensitive data. It is essential for government computer security, cybersecurity, and electronic data protection.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) began developing AES in 1997 after announcing the need for an alternative to the Data Encryption Standard (DES), which was becoming vulnerable to brute-force attacks.

NIST stated that the new, advanced encryption algorithm would be unclassified and "capable of protecting sensitive government information well into the 21st century." It was designed to be easy to implement in hardware and software, even in restricted environments—such as smart cards—and to offer robust defense against various attack techniques.

AES was created for the U.S. government, with voluntary free use allowed in both commercial and noncommercial programs providing encryption services.

SpamOut 3

This app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (mail icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

There are virtually no limitations, though performance depends on your Mac's speed and model. We recommend monitoring no more than 10 mailboxes on lower-end configurations.

The trial version allows you to monitor up to 2 mailboxes and enter up to 10 keywords or email addresses to block.

StarMenu 1

This app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (star icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

VoxCom 5

You must be logged in as an administrator to add team members or new communication channels.

Once logged in as an admin, two new buttons will appear in the toolbar (Mac version only):

- Chat icon with a +: New channel sheet
- Users icon with a gear: Team Management window

You can create public or private channels and assign members to private ones. Private channels are only visible to their assigned members.

You can create an unlimited number of users with different roles: Team Member, Moderator, or Admin.

Administrators can edit channels and delete messages, while moderators can only delete messages.

The server app is designed to stay quietly out of your way. It runs as a background (agent) app on macOS, which means it does not appear in the Dock or App Switcher. Instead, all features are easily accessible from the menu bar icon (chat icon), keeping your workspace clean and focused.

VoxCom is using Apple CryptoKit with ChaCha20-Poly1305, this is an AEAD cipher (Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data).

By default, there is one administrator account with the following credentials:

Login: admin
Password: adminVoxCom

Administrators can change their password in the Team Management section once logged in.

The server only allows the creation of 3 channels and 3 users. You can unlock these limitations by purchasing a user license for the server app.

WebDesk 2

Yes. Go to macOS System Settings and search for the "Default web browser" setting. You can assign WebDesk there, typically under the Desktop & Dock category.

WebDesk uses the Apple WebKit engine (WKWebView), which is fully optimized for modern versions of macOS.

xMCP 2

While any CLI tool can provide basic system access, xMCP is the first professional-grade MCP server that brings enterprise-level monitoring, native macOS integration, and a user-friendly interface to AI system control.
